Making A Purchase

Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our Catalogue, click on any item that you wish to buy and add it into the shopping cart. After you have finished your selections, click on "Complete your Order" and you will be asked a few details that we need to be able to process your order.

We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Switch, Maestro, Solo and PayPal. You may also accept orders with credit card information via phone, fax and email. If you wish to pay by cheque please make it payable to 'Natural Living' and send it to:

Delivery Service

Natural Living will deliver your purchase to your home or office as soon as possible after the receipt of your order.

Delivery times stated on our website are a guideline only and do not form a contract. We often rely upon international import shipments which sometimes have unpredicatable delivery dates and can therefore affect our expected customer delivery dates.

A courier service is used for most deliveries - their delivery times are Monday to Saturday 8am - 5pm. If free delivery is being offered it applies to UK mainland only. Orders under £100.00 will incur a delivery charge of £6.95. Orders over £100.00 have free delivery.

For orders from outside of the UK mainland please email your name and address together with exact details of your order so that we can quote a shipping charge for your specific order. Orders placed online will have a fixed shipping charge added automatically but this may not be correct so please email us before ordering online if you are outside the UK mainland.

Back Orders

If your item is not in stock, we will back order for you. You will always be emailed with the option to cancel your order if you would rather not wait.

Tax Charges

For orders made from the UK or the European Union 20.0% VAT is included in our displayed prices. Orders from outside the European Union or from Registered Charities (certain circumstances) can claim VAT exemption.

Credit Card Security

The checkout area of this website is hosted on a secure server. All credit card numbers are encrypted in the software when the order is placed using 128 bit encryption. They are only decrypted after they reach our computer. They are not held in clear text on any web site.


All of our products carry at least a one year manufacturer's parts and labour guarantee. If you receive any item that is faulty, contact us by e-mail (quoting your order number) and we'll be happy to provide an exchange or refund if a suitable replacement cannot be found.

Privacy Policy

Natural Living does not disclose buyers' information to third parties. Cookies are used on this shopping site to keep track of the contents of your shopping cart once you have selected an item, to store delivery addresses if the address book is used and to store your details if you select the 'Remember Me' Option.Data collected by this site is used to:
a. Take and fulfill customer orders
b. Administer and enhance the site and service
c. Only disclose information to third-parties for goods delivery purposes

Returns Policy

If you are not happy with your purchase for any reason then please inform us by email within 7 days from delivery date and we will exchange the item(s) or refund your payment less delivery costs. Goods will be exchanged only if they have not been worn, used or otherwise soiled. All goods must be returned in their orginal packaging at the customer's expense. We comply with the Distance Selling Regulations which means that you can return an order within 7 days if it is a private (non-business) order that is not custom made for you.

DAMAGED GOODS: All packages must be checked for damage before signing for the parcel. If there appears to be damage you must add 'damaged' when signing or refuse to accept the parcel. If goods have been damaged in transit then please inform us by email within 2 days of receipt and we will exchange or offer a full refund.

Why recycle?
Unwanted electrical equipment is the UKs fastest growing type of waste.

Many electrical items can be repaired or recycled, saving natural resources and the environment. If you do not recycle, electrical equipment will end up in landfill where hazardous substances will leak out and cause soil and water contamination - harming wildlife and also human health.

We can help
We are pleased to offer our customers the chance to recycle their old electrical items. Items must be sent safely to our address at the customer's expense for us to re-cycle.

To remind you that old electrical equipment can be recycled, it is now marked with a crossed-out wheeled bin symbol. Please do not throw any electrical equipment (including those marked with the crossed out wheeled bin symbol) in your bin.

What is WEEE?
The Waste Electrical or Electronic Equipment (WEEE) Directive requires countries to maximise separate collection and environmentally friendly processing of these items. In the UK, distributors (including retailers) must provide a system which allows all customers buying new electrical equipment the opportunity to recycle their old items free of charge. Those establishing their own take-back scheme must as a minimum offer all customers buying new electrical equipment free take back of their old electricals on a like-for-like basis.
